Absolutely. Many clients use retainers for ongoing needs and projects for major initiatives. Retainer clients get 15-20% off project work.
For retainer work, we'll refine until you're happy. For projects, we include two formal revision rounds in our quote.
Yes! About 40% of our clients are outside North America. We use async communication to keep projects moving smoothly.
You can pause or cancel your retainer with 30 days notice. Your same rate is guaranteed for 6 months when you return.
