RAIN is a senior design and development studio in Casablanca, Morocco, working remotely with Dubai and UAE companies. We have shipped work since 2014, and our founder, MrZaKaRiA, spent 11 years inside agencies before starting RAIN. We are six people across three time zones, and one senior designer leads each project from first sketch to launch.

The Dubai market is full of web design offers, from large agencies in Business Bay to template shops quoting a site in a week. Brands that compete on image, such as property developers, hospitality groups, fashion and beauty labels and premium retailers, often find that a theme with a new logo on it does not hold up next to their competitors. That is the gap we work in: brand-led design, built by the people who designed it.

More than a template: what senior web design means

A template gives you a layout. A design system gives you a brand that holds together across every page, campaign and language. On every project we:

• Start from the brand: type, color, imagery and tone defined before the first page is drawn.
• Design in Figma, key templates first, with real content instead of placeholder text.
• Build a component system so new pages and campaigns stay on brand without a designer redrawing them.
• Design for both themes and all screens, because most Dubai buyers will see your site first on a phone.

Arabic and English: how we approach bilingual design

Many UAE brands need English and Arabic versions, and Arabic is not a translation layer you can add at the end. We are careful to claim only what we have shipped:

• What we have shipped: RIVER ERP, our own business platform, has a complete Arabic interface and produces Arabic business documents, including totals written out in words.
• How we design right-to-left websites: RTL layouts are designed per project. That covers mirrored navigation and reading order, icons that should and should not flip, an Arabic typeface paired with your Latin brand font, line heights suited to Arabic script, and mixed text such as English brand names and prices inside Arabic sentences.
• Who writes the Arabic: Arabic copy should be written or reviewed by a native writer on your team or agency side. We build the structure, hreflang and metadata so both versions are indexed correctly.

Rankings of the “best web design agency in Dubai” rarely tell you who will actually design your site. Ask to see the designer’s own work, not the agency showreel, and ask whether the same team builds it or passes the files to a subcontractor. Good design depends on good material. Before design starts, we agree who supplies photography, renders, video and copy in each language, and we plan pages around the assets that actually exist rather than stock images. For property launches this usually means CGI renders and floor plans from the developer; for retail, product photography in a consistent style. Where assets are missing, we flag it early so it does not delay launch.

A typical marketing site takes 3 to 6 weeks, and kick-off happens within 3 to 5 business days of signature. Contracts set out scope, confidentiality and your ownership of all designs, code and content. Prices are in USD, with AED invoices on request. The UAE’s PDPL, or the DIFC or ADGM rules where they apply, guide what your forms collect; we keep data collection minimal.
