MVP Development Company for US Founders, Run from Casablanca
An MVP development company should get a real product in front of real users quickly, without leaving you a codebase you have to throw away. RAIN Design Studio is a senior design and development studio in Casablanca, Morocco, working remotely with US founders. Fixed-price MVPs start at $10,000, and the same seniors who build your first version can scale it afterwards.

What an MVP development company should actually do
A minimum viable product is the smallest version of your product that real users will pay for, sign up for, or use often enough to prove the idea. A good MVP development company helps you decide what that smallest version is, builds it properly, and gets it live while you still have the runway to learn from it.
RAIN Design Studio is a senior studio in Casablanca, Morocco, working remotely with US founders and early-stage teams. We are small on purpose: a senior team working with AI specialists, one lead per project, and a human sign-off on every design and every merge. Our founder, MrZaKaRiA, spent 11 years inside agencies before starting RAIN, and the studio has shipped work since 2014.
We are not a prototype shop. The team that builds your MVP is the team that can grow it into a full product, which is why we do not cut corners we would have to pay for later.
Fixed-price MVP development from $10,000
Founders need a number they can plan around. Our MVP development projects are fixed-price against a written scope:
- Fixed-scope MVPs from $10,000, priced after a scoping call and a short written proposal.
- Validation sites with a waitlist, pre-orders or a demo request typically take 3–6 weeks.
- Working product MVPs with accounts, a core workflow and billing typically take 8–16 weeks.
- Kick-off within 3–5 business days of signature, and a working increment every Friday.
The scoping call is where most of the value is created. We ask who the first hundred users are, what they do today instead of using your product, and which single result would convince you, or an investor, that the idea works. The MVP is then designed around that result, and everything else goes on a written “later” list so nothing is forgotten.
If the scope changes mid-build, and it often should, we price the change in writing before doing it. No surprise invoices.
What goes into an MVP, and what waits
The hardest part of MVP software development is choosing what to leave out. This is how we usually draw the line:
| Area | In the MVP | After traction |
|---|---|---|
| Sign-up and login | Email and one social login | SSO, SCIM, enterprise identity |
| Roles | Owner and member | Granular permissions, custom roles |
| Core workflow | The one job users pay for, done well | Secondary workflows and edge cases |
| Billing | One or two plans through a payment provider | Usage-based pricing, coupons, invoicing |
| Admin | A simple internal dashboard | Impersonation, audit logs, support tooling |
| Analytics | Key events and a funnel | Cohorts, experimentation, data warehouse |
| Design | A clean, accessible UI on a small design system | Full design system, marketing site refresh |
| Platforms | Responsive web app or PWA | Native-feeling iOS, Android and desktop apps |
We still build the parts that are expensive to retrofit: data models that can grow, sensible permissions, tests on billing and access rules, and deployments you can repeat.
From prototype to production
Many US founders now arrive with a prototype built in an AI app builder. That is a good start for testing an idea and a risky one for taking payments. We review what exists, keep what is sound and rebuild what is not.
We have done this to our own software. Certificate Registry began as a prototype generated with an AI app builder in 2025. We rebuilt it on React 18, TypeScript and a Laravel API, moved the admin console to a private path, added rate limits, optional two-factor authentication and 15 security feature tests, and only then put it live.
Proof: products taken from first version to production
- Enterprise CRM is a B2B pipeline platform built around one focused idea: twelve data dimensions of an account in a single row, with ICP scoring one click away. It runs on React 18, a GraphQL API on NestJS 11, PostgreSQL and Redis.
- ERPStore is our subscription store, billing and CRM platform, shipped continuously since July 2025 and now handling 10 payment methods and a 32-language client portal. Its upgrade path was validated on a real database of 1,023 users, 354 orders and 483 payments.
- 2RCLOUD is a bilingual Astro site for a Salesforce tech lead, with pricing above the fold and zero runtime JavaScript. It is the kind of fast, focused launch page that validates demand before the product exists.

Working with US founders from Casablanca
Time zones
Morocco runs on GMT+1 for most of the year, moving to GMT for about a month around Ramadan. Casablanca is 5–6 hours ahead of New York and 8–9 hours ahead of San Francisco. East Coast founders get around four shared hours in their morning. West Coast founders get an early-morning window, with pull requests and a written update waiting each day.
Contracts, IP and payment
- You own the code. The contract assigns intellectual property to your company, and repositories, hosting and app-store accounts are set up in your name.
- We sign your NDA before you share the details of your idea.
- We invoice in US dollars, by milestone for fixed-price MVPs or monthly for retainers. As a foreign vendor we provide the forms your accountant asks for, typically a W-8BEN-E.
- We have no US office and do not hold a SOC 2 report. Privacy obligations such as California’s CCPA are designed in when your product needs them.
After launch: scale with the same team
Once the MVP is live, most founders keep building with us on a retainer:
- Growth, $7,500 per month: 45 hours, two active projects, twice-weekly syncs, 24-hour response.
- Scale, $15,000 per month: 100 hours, unlimited active projects, daily syncs, same-day response.
When the product needs subscription billing, an API or a second platform, our page on SaaS development for US teams covers what comes next.

Frequently asked questions
Fixed-price MVPs start at $10,000, priced against a written scope agreed before work begins. The final figure depends on the number of user roles, integrations and platforms. If you would rather keep scope flexible, the Growth retainer at $7,500 per month covers 45 hours of design and engineering.
A validation site with a waitlist or pre-orders typically takes 3 to 6 weeks. A working product MVP with accounts, a core workflow and billing typically takes 8 to 16 weeks, with smaller scopes at the shorter end. Kick-off happens within 3 to 5 business days of signature, and you see working software every Friday.
Not if it is built properly. We use the same mainstream stack we use for long-lived products, such as Laravel, Vue 3, React, TypeScript and PostgreSQL, with tests on the parts that handle money and permissions. What we cut from an MVP is scope, not engineering quality.
Yes. We review what exists, keep what is sound and rebuild what is not. Our own Certificate Registry started as a prototype generated with an AI app builder and was rebuilt with private admin routes, rate limits, two-factor authentication and security feature tests before it went live.
Yes. One senior lead owns the project and explains trade-offs in plain language. You get a Loom walkthrough every Friday showing what shipped and what is next, and we set up repositories, hosting and accounts in your company's name so you own everything from the start.
Casablanca is five to six hours ahead of the East Coast and eight to nine hours ahead of the West Coast, depending on daylight saving. East Coast founders share around four hours of their morning with us; West Coast founders get an early-morning window and a written update waiting each day.
