White Label Web Design and Development for US Agencies
White label web design from RAIN Design Studio gives US agencies a senior build team that works under their brand, behind their NDA and inside their tools. RAIN is a design and development studio in Casablanca, Morocco, working remotely with US agencies; the Casablanca afternoon overlaps the Eastern morning, and fixed-scope builds start at $10,000.

What white label web design looks like with RAIN
White label web design is simple in principle: your agency sells the project, owns the client relationship and puts its name on the result. A partner studio does the design and engineering behind the scenes. The hard part is doing it without leaks, missed deadlines or a quality gap your client can feel.
RAIN Design Studio is a small senior team in Casablanca, Morocco, shipping work since 2014. Our founder, MrZaKaRiA, spent 11 years inside agencies before starting RAIN, so we know what an agency needs from a build partner: predictable handoffs, no surprises in front of the client, and code your own team can maintain after launch. We have no US office. We work with US agencies remotely, and that suits white label work, where the partner is meant to stay out of sight.
Who this is for
US agencies use white label web development for different reasons. We fit best when:
- You are a marketing, brand or SEO agency that sells websites but does not keep senior developers on staff.
- You are a design-led studio with strong creative but no capacity for complex builds such as multi-language sites, large content architectures or custom web apps.
- You are a development agency that needs overflow capacity for a few months without hiring.
- Your clients care about Core Web Vitals, structured data and AI search, and your current template stack cannot deliver them.
We are not a fit for $2,000 template sites. If that is your market, a lower-cost white label provider will serve you better.
The NDA-first white label process
Confidentiality comes before the brief, not after it.
- Mutual NDA and partner agreement. Signed before you share client names, files or credentials. The agreement covers confidentiality, non-solicitation of your clients, IP assignment and who speaks to whom.
- Scoping with your team only. We review your client’s brief, design files or sitemap and return a written scope with milestones, risks and a fixed price or retainer option.
- Your tools, your brand. We work in your Slack or Slack Connect channel, your project tracker and your repository. Staging runs on a neutral URL or your agency’s domain.
- Weekly delivery. A working increment every Friday with a short Loom walkthrough recorded for your team, which you can rebrand or summarize for the client.
- Invisible launch. Handoff notes, a CMS guide and deployment documentation in your agency’s name, with no RAIN credits anywhere in the code or footer.
A senior lead owns scope and quality for each project, and every deliverable is reviewed and signed off by a human, even where AI tools speed up research, drafting or testing.
White label web development services we deliver
Marketing sites on Astro
Most white label work we take on is marketing and content sites built on Astro: static HTML, very little JavaScript, and a build that generates sitemaps, schema and Open Graph images from the same content files. Your client gets a fast site; your team gets Markdown or a headless CMS instead of a fragile plugin stack.
SEO and AI-search architecture
Every build ships with JSON-LD structured data, a sitemap, hreflang where relevant, llms.txt and llms-full.txt, and an AI-crawler-aware robots.txt. If your agency sells SEO or AI search work, these foundations make your retainers easier to deliver. See our generative engine optimization practice for the details.
Web apps and custom features
Calculators, configurators, client portals and dashboards built with TypeScript, Vue 3 or React, backed by Laravel when they need a server. Our stack also covers Tailwind CSS, MySQL and PostgreSQL.
What stays with your agency
A white label arrangement works when responsibilities are clear from the start. In our model, your agency keeps:
- The client relationship: sales, contract, invoicing, account management and the final say on scope changes.
- Creative direction, when you have it. We can build from your designs, or design under your art direction and present the work as yours.
- Hosting and domains, in your client’s accounts or yours, so nothing depends on RAIN after launch.
We take on design, engineering, QA, performance and the technical SEO layer, and we flag risks to you early, before they reach your client.
White label partner options compared
Agencies usually weigh four routes to more build capacity:
| Criterion | Hire in-house | Freelance marketplace | Low-cost offshore white label shop | RAIN (Casablanca) |
|---|---|---|---|---|
| Time to start | Recruiting, often months | Fast for one person | Fast, depends on the bench | 3–5 business days after signature |
| Seniority | Whatever you can hire | Varies widely | Often junior-heavy | Senior team, human lead signs off everything |
| Design and build together | Separate hires | Separate contracts | Usually build-only | Brand, UI/UX and development in one studio |
| Overlap with US Eastern hours | Full | Varies | Often little or none | Roughly the Eastern morning |
| Confidentiality | Employment contract | Platform terms, per person | Varies | NDA and non-solicitation before kick-off |
| Price model | Salary and benefits | Hourly | Low per-page or hourly rates | Fixed scope from $10,000 or $7,500/month retainer |
The honest summary: if your clients pay for templates, the low-cost route makes sense. If they pay for senior work and your reputation depends on it, the partner needs to be senior too.
Anonymised samples you can show
White label projects are never published. To show you what we build, we use our own direct clients, who agreed to public case studies, and we describe them here by type rather than by name:
- A 68-page catalog site for a kitchen importer, with 16 product pages, 11 city pages and JSON-LD on 66 of 69 built pages. Its delivery statement reported a Semrush audit of 100% site health with 0 errors on 78 crawled pages. Read the case study.
- A 28-page catalog for a wood-panel supplier, with a built-in
/seomap that reports 189 contextual internal links and 0 orphan pages on every build. Read the case study. - A 215-page site for an IT integrator, including 155 city pages generated from one SEO dataset. Read the case study.
- A 33-page B2B site for a research agency, with a fieldwork cost calculator and a keyboard-accessible regional map. Read the case study.
On request, we prepare a neutral, unbranded walkthrough of any of these that you can share with a prospect.
Logistics for US agencies
- Time zone. Casablanca is five or six hours ahead of US Eastern Time, depending on the season. Our afternoon covers your morning, so Monday planning calls and same-day answers work for East Coast teams. West Coast agencies get a short early-morning window and work mostly async.
- Language. English every day, with French and Arabic available for multilingual client sites.
- Contracts. We can sign your partner agreement or provide ours. IP transfers to your agency on payment.
- Payment. Invoices in USD by bank transfer.
- Data. The US has no single federal privacy law, and state laws such as the CCPA may apply to your clients. We follow the data-handling terms in your agreement and avoid holding client personal data outside your systems.
Become a white label partner
If you want a white label web design agency partner that stays invisible and ships senior work, start with a short conversation. Book a free 15-minute call and bring one live client brief. We will tell you how we would scope it, what it would cost, and whether we are the right partner. For ongoing overflow, see our dedicated development team retainers.

Frequently asked questions
White label web development means an outside studio designs and builds websites that your agency sells and delivers under its own brand. Your client sees your agency, your project manager and your invoices. RAIN works this way for US agencies, under an NDA signed before any client detail is shared.
Only if you ask us to. By default we talk to your team, and when you want a developer on a client call we join as part of your team, using your email domain or Slack workspace if you provide them. The agreement includes a non-solicitation clause so we do not approach your clients.
No. There is no footer credit, no generator tag pointing to RAIN, no RAIN-branded staging URL and no mention in the repository. Handoff documents are written in your agency's name. White label work never appears in our portfolio.
Fixed-scope builds start at $10,000, and marketing sites usually take 3–6 weeks. For steady overflow, the Growth retainer is $7,500 per month for 45 hours and two active projects, and Scale is $15,000 per month for 100 hours. RAIN is a senior studio, not the lowest-cost white label option, so it suits agencies whose client budgets support senior work.
Your agency does. The contract assigns intellectual property to you on payment, and we can work directly in your GitHub or GitLab organization and your hosting accounts from day one. You then pass ownership to your client under your own terms.
Yes. Every RAIN build ships with semantic HTML, JSON-LD structured data, a sitemap, llms.txt and an AI-crawler-aware robots.txt. We implement these as engineering work and do not promise rankings or AI citations, which no agency can guarantee.
